Tresa Adair is a Principal and the Vice-President of Harbor’s Sustainability & Digital Solutions department. Over the past 13 years, her team has developed custom data systems for safety audit reporting, environmental management system design, configuration and deployment as well as assisting our clients in forming strategies in corporations sustainability and ESG efforts. 

Ms. Adair holds a BS of Finance from the University of Massachusetts and has served in multiple leadership and business development roles in a various industries including the financial sector, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and start-ups.  Most recently serving as Senior Sales Representative at Eli Lilly, Director of Marketing Communications  at BioLab, Inc. of Georgia (now Chemtura), and Marketing Communications Project Manager for Putnam Investments, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
