Tresa Adair serves in a leadership role within Terracon’s National Services Group, supporting the firm’s Sustainability and Digital Solutions offerings. With more than 25 years of professional experience, she brings a diverse background that includes pharmaceutical sales, marketing communications leadership, and small business ownership.  

In her current role, Tresa leads clients in establishing or refining Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. She works closely with organizations to develop actionable strategies that align with company goals, regulatory responsibilities, and long-term sustainability commitments, supporting consistent implementation across operations.
