Opportunities for both grant and loan funding can be found through USDA-RD, ANRC, EDA, AEDC, EPA and ARDOT.

Harbor also assists clients with securing funds via bank loans, bond issuances, and dedicated taxes. We maintain close relationships with all types of funding sources allowing us to identify the best and most cost-effective funding opportunities for our clients.
