Leslie Davis is President & CEO of Harbor. Over the last 27 years, Leslie has guided numerous clients through the maze of environmental compliance requirements associated with site-specific permits, general regulatory programs, and implementation of corporate policies at the local level. 

She serves on several regulatory committees providing valuable insight to both regulators and the regulated community. She has a unique ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements down to site-specific, detailed implementation plans. 

Her experience consulting for all types of industry and governmental clients is invaluable as Harbor’s clients transition from mere compliance with EHS regulations to sustainability reporting and demonstrating their company’s impact on our natural and human environment.
