David has 30+ years of experience as a consulting environmental engineer. He has broad experience in air, hazardous waste, wastewater and stormwater permitting and compliance. He has successfully assisted a wide range of industrial clients with expanding their businesses, complying with federal and state regulations, and solving compliance problems. He serves as Technical Director and a Senior Project Manager at Harbor’s Little Rock, AR office.
