Caleb is a project manager who joined Harbor’s Compliance Team in 2021. He has experience working as an Environmental Health Specialist for the Arkansas Department of Health and as an Environmental Professional for Environmental Services Group.

He is trained in environmental remediation, technical documentation, data management, client consulting, EPA permitting, and regulatory compliance.
